How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password' and enter your email address. You'll receive a verification code to reset your password.

Why does the app need my location?

EventMatch uses your location only when you clock in or out of a shift to verify your attendance at the work location. We do not track your location continuously.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from the app by going to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed according to our data retention policy.

How do I connect with a staffing agency?

Agencies can invite you to join their team using your email address. Once invited, you'll receive a notification and can accept the invitation to start receiving shift offers.

When do I get paid for my shifts?

Payment timing depends on your staffing agency's policies. You can view your earnings and payment status in the Finances tab of the app.

What if I can't clock in at my shift location?

Make sure location services are enabled for EventMatch. If you're having issues, contact your agency directly and they can manually record your attendance.
