Pricing questions
An active worker is a team member with at least one clock-in during the calendar month (Eastern Time), counted once regardless of how many shifts they worked. We average the last 3 months so a busy season doesn't spike your bill, then charge the higher of that average times your plan's per-worker rate or the plan's monthly minimum.
On a paid plan, your bill follows your 3-month average of active workers — nothing to upgrade. On Free, 10 active workers is the size the plan is designed for, not an enforced limit: passing it changes nothing and is never billed. Upgrading stays your decision.
14 days on Pro with every feature, no card required. When it ends you choose a plan; if you don't, you continue on Free — whatever your volume, and with nothing charged.
Yes, at any time from your settings. Nothing is charged when you switch: the month splits at that moment and each stretch is billed at its own rate. During a 12-month commitment you can move between paid plans, but not back to monthly billing or down to Free until it ends.
No. Plans are billed to the business, and team members use the Eventmatch app at no cost on every plan.
You're invoiced in USD after each calendar month closes, with 7 days to pay. If an invoice goes unpaid, you keep full access for a further 7 days, after which creating and editing is paused until it's settled. Your data is never deleted and always remains viewable and exportable.
